(MedPage Today) -- Case Findings: A male patient returned from a 4-hour bike ride and presents with a nonblanching purpuric rash on his lower legs. The rash spared the skin covered by his socks. He has no significant medical history and reports no medication use. He has no rheumatologic problems, allergies, or other symptoms. A CBC is normal. What is your diagnosis?
